Open Faculty Position in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at TED University:
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at TED University (TEDU) invites applications for a full-time faculty position at all ranks to start in Spring 2022 and afterward.
Disciplinary areas of particular interest to this search include but are not limited to, energy and power systems, power electronics, power distribution, smart grid, renewable energy, microelectronics, and digital electronics. The position is anticipated to be filled at the assistant professor rank, however, appointments at the associate and full professor levels might be considered for outstanding candidates.
The targeted start date for the position is February 1, 2022, and the search will remain open until the position is filled. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate-level courses in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, develop a sponsored research program, advice, and mentor students at the undergraduate level. Furthermore, the successful candidate is also expected to collaborate with other faculty in multidisciplinary research, interact and participate in outreach activities, and be involved in service to the institute and the profession. The successful applicant must have earned a Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronics engineering or a closely related field and should have an excellent command of English since the medium of instruction at TEDU is English.
